At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Legal Intern in our Legal & Compliance team.

What is this role all about?

As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our legal team and gain hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations. This role is designed to help you build a strong foundation in contract law, legal research, and documentation within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
You will assist with legal research and analysis on various corporate and contractual matters
You will draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and official correspondence
You will review and analyze Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and support contract management processes
You will compile, maintain, and manage legal records and documentation using contract management tools
You will support the legal team with administrative and ad-hoc legal tasks as required
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role?

You are able to independently support day-to-day legal tasks, demonstrate strong understanding of contracts, and add value through accurate research, drafting, and documentation.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:
You are a final-year LLB student or a recent law graduate
You have a good understanding of legal principles, especially the Indian Contract Act, 1872
You are comfortable reviewing and understanding NDAs and basic contracts
You can handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

What are the most critical skills for this role?

You have strong legal research and analytical skills
You possess clear drafting and verbal communication abilities
You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
You can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

You will have an advantage if you:

You have prior internship experience in corporate or in-house legal teams
You are familiar with contract management tools or legal documentation systems
You have exposure to SaaS, technology, or startup environments
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
