Senior Finance Executive – R2R (Record to Report)
At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Senior Finance Executive – R2R in our Finance & Accounts team.

Who are we?

Kapture CX is an AI-native customer experience platform helping enterprises turn their messiest service operations into seamless, intelligent experiences. We build cutting-edge AI (agentic automation, voice AI, real-time intelligence) for industries where complexity is the default: banking, financial services, retail, ecommerce and beyond.

Headquartered in Bangalore with a growing presence in the US and Dubai, we serve 1,000+ enterprise clients across 18+ countries. We’ve raised $20M to date, we’re profitable, and we’re growing 100% year on year, a combination that’s rare at the intersection of AI and SaaS.

Today we’re a 400+ strong team, and we’re looking for people who want to build AI that actually ships, scales and solves real problems.

What is this role all about?

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented finance professional who can drive end-to-end R2R operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and monthly closures across multiple entities. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams while contributing to process automation and scalable finance operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Sounds interesting?

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
  • You will own the monthly, quarterly and annual close across all four entities, and prepare the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, provisions, accruals and reconciliation schedules that come out of it.
  • You will run the close on a working-day calendar with named owners, covering bank reconciliations, accrual, prepaid and deferred revenue schedules, balance sheet cleanup and audit-ready documentation.
  • You will handle statutory compliance across GST, TDS and income tax, and coordinate the statutory calendar with auditors and tax consultants.
  • You will own withholding on cross-border vendor payments, including treaty positions, TRC, Form 10F and no-PE declarations, Form 15CA/15CB certification and GST reverse charge on imported services.
  • You will manage overseas filings for the US, Singapore and UAE entities, including VAT and sales tax.
  • You will run the monthly intercompany billing cycle, maintain the cost-pool allocation and its allocation keys, and provide inputs for the transfer pricing study and Form 3CEB.
  • You will track FEMA and ODI obligations, covering realisation of export proceeds, FIRC/FIRA filing, the annual performance report, FLA return, LUT renewal and STPI filings.
  • You will tighten payables and procure-to-pay controls, covering MSME identification and the 45-day rule, vendor tax classification in Zoho, card spend moving into the payout cycle, and travel and expense policy including GST input credit.
  • You will track cost daily and weekly, with a close focus on consumption-driven spend such as hosting, AI and telephony, mapped to cost centres, departments and products, and flag variances before they land in the month-end books.
  • You will prepare the monthly MIS pack covering budget versus actual, department-wise spend and headcount cost, along with unit economics such as cost to serve, gross margin by product and cost per customer, and bring the drivers behind each number.
  • You will run vendor spend analytics across subscriptions, renewals and untagged card and wallet transactions, and report travel and reimbursement spend against policy.
  • You will maintain AR and AP ageing, DSO and DPO trends and the collections tracker, and support leadership with the rolling cash flow forecast and working capital analysis.
  • You will support revenue reporting, including ARR and MRR movement, churn, the unbilled revenue tracker and the deferred revenue schedule.
  • You will build reports and dashboards in Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics, drive automation across accounting workflows, and prepare data cuts for leadership and board reporting.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
