What is this role all about?
As the SEO Manager, you will own and scale organic growth end-to-end—from technical SEO foundations and content strategy to measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build a predictable organic engine that drives qualified traffic, leads, and revenue for a B2B SaaS product.

- You will own the organic growth roadmap across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and internal linking
- You will build and execute keyword and topic strategies to grow non-branded, high-intent organic demand
- You will optimise landing pages to improve organic-to-lead conversion and influence pipeline and revenue
- You will measure and report SEO impact using GA4 and Google Search Console, connecting efforts to leads and business outcomes
- You will structure and optimise content for AI-driven search surfaces (GEO/AEO), including AI Overviews and answer engines
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration drives faster execution and impact.
What does success look like in this role?
You deliver consistent growth in non-branded organic traffic, drive a measurable increase in organic-sourced leads, and clearly demonstrate SEO’s contribution to pipeline and revenue within the first 6–12 months.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with B2B SaaS experience being mandatory
- You have a proven track record of scaling organic traffic and converting it into leads and revenue
- You have strong technical SEO fundamentals and working knowledge of WordPress
- You are comfortable using GA4 and Google Search Console for analysis and reporting
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- You excel at technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content SEO (intent mapping, IA, internal linking)
- You are data-driven and can clearly tie SEO metrics to business outcomes
- You are experienced with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
- You can independently prioritise, execute, and iterate in a fast-paced SaaS environment
You will have an advantage if you:
- Have experience with GEO/AEO and optimising content for AI Overviews or LLM-based discovery
- Have worked on programmatic SEO, scalable page generation, or integration marketplaces
- Have prior experience in competitive SaaS categories such as CX, CRM, Helpdesk, CCaaS, or Analytics
- Have worked at a SaaS-focused SEO agency or high-growth B2B SaaS company
