What is this role all about?
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own end-to-end execution of email campaigns for a B2B SaaS product. From segmentation and deliverability to optimisation and pipeline impact, you’ll ensure email remains a high-performing growth and engagement channel.

- You will plan, build, and launch email campaigns including newsletters, outbound sequences, nurture flows, and re-engagement journeys
- You will manage audience segmentation, tagging, lead status updates, suppression lists, and data hygiene
- You will own deliverability best practices such as domain warm-up, sender reputation, spam checks, and bounce/complaint monitoring
- You will track and optimise campaign performance across open rates, CTRs, replies, conversions, and pipeline impact
- You will run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to continuously improve results
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration drives better execution and outcomes.

You consistently deliver well-performing email campaigns, maintain strong deliverability, and demonstrate clear impact on engagement, leads, and pipeline within the first few months.

- You have 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- You have a strong sense for concise, conversion-focused email copy
- You understand segmentation, personalisation tokens, and campaign workflows
- You can interpret email metrics and optimise campaigns based on outcomes
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- You have strong execution skills with high attention to detail and ownership
- You understand deliverability fundamentals such as warm-up, bounce handling, and sender reputation
- You are comfortable working with email and outreach tools
- You are analytical and data-driven in your optimisation approach
You will have an advantage if you:
- Have experience using tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, Smartlead, or Debounce
- Have worked on outbound or lifecycle email programs for SaaS products
- Can clearly connect email performance to lead and pipeline impact
- Have experience scaling email programs in fast-paced growth teams
