Lead the charge in owning product lifecycles for Kapture's core CX modules, turning market insights into revenue-driving roadmaps and delivering enterprise-grade innovations that wow global clients.

- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for key platform modules, laser-focused on market needs, customer wins, and business impact.
- Craft and execute short- and long-term roadmaps in sync with company strategy, rallying cross-functional teams like design, engineering, data, and customer success.
- Dive into product data, customer behavior, and market trends to prioritize features, define PRDs/user stories, and lead agile sprints for flawless releases.
- Act as the product evangelist, articulating vision to stakeholders, monitoring post-launch KPIs, and driving adoption through change management and optimizations.
- Conduct sharp market research and competitor analysis to uncover differentiation opportunities, fueling continuous improvements and ROI.
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring 5+ years in SaaS product management, ideally with CRM or CX platforms.
- Prove your track record defining, launching, and iterating successful enterprise-grade SaaS products.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with tools for product analytics and business metrics.
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- Excel in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), leading sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Master data-driven prioritization using customer feedback, usage analysis, and revenue frameworks.
- Write crystal-clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align engineering and stakeholders.
- Communicate product vision compellingly to internal teams, customers, and partners while managing change and training.
You will have an advantage if you:
- Hold certifications like CSPO or Pragmatic Marketing, or post-graduate qualifications.
- Show entrepreneurial drive, thriving in fast-paced SaaS environments with a bias for action.
- Have experience mentoring junior product team members or leading in high-performance settings.
